Bold and sudden: Two guys from Nuremberg have launched a Worldcon Bid for 2028, supported by a number of experienced international fans. While we are putting all our efforts into the upcoming Eurocon in Berlin over here, we wish them best of luck for site selection, which happens in late August at LAcon, the 84th Worldcon in L.A.

There are two competing bids for 2028, Brisbane, Australia and Kigali, Rwanda.

And by the way, the 2027 Worldcon will take place in Montréal, Canada.
