Call for Program - Metropol Con Berlin

WE WANT YOUR PARTICIPATION!

Metropolcon is made for fans, by fans. We welcome program proposals from all participants, from experts to enthusiastic fans. All you need is an idea and the willingness to share it with others.

We welcome proposals for all kinds of program items: talks/presentations, panel discussions, workshops, games, shows, performances, and whatever else our members come up with, whether academic/scientific or simply fun!

We will announce on the website and in the newsletter/progress report when we close the call/when we have sufficient suggestions.

The data you submit to MetropolCon via this form is confidential. It will only be accessible to the MetropolCon program team and will not be shared outside of MetropolCon without your consent. Your information will be stored in MetropolCon’s systems, which will use 3rd party data providers.

Please note: As a general rule, there is no monetary compensation or waiving of membership fee. This is, in essence and concept, an event by fans for fans, a collaborative effort. We are however well aware that this may create a financial barrier for participation for some. There is a solidarity fund/sponsored memberships. Our budget is not yet finalized. If you feel you would need e.g. compensation for travel expenses in order to participate in the program, please contact us directly at programm@metropolcon.eu - ideally with an estimate, so we can take this into account.
